Terms and purchase guidelines
Orders are not limited by print number or weight. Registration is not compulsory, invoice can be ordered to the following addresses:

The costumer has the choice among servers located in different countries. SSL protocol assures a secure connection with the server.
Total cost is purchases plus delivery charges. For the European Union (including Estonia) a 20% VAT applies to CD's/ DVD's/ delivery cost and 9% applies to books. Delivery time varies, it should be no longer than two weeks. Faster couriers available at a higher price with potential obligation to pay customs (DHL, DB Schenker, TNT, UPS; approximately two days after printing, to the door).
The verification code gives the client access to purchase files (e.g., invoice and shipping schedule).
The client is provided with a tracking number (for shipping through Eesti Post: http://teavitus.post.ee/), and when requested, with proof of delivery to the client's local post office.
